I am still in awe of our session. I’ve never thought about past lives before, and yet there they were! And they all make sense when I think about this life I am living… being a healer and a having a deep love of the forest, plants and all of nature; a love and respect for horses; and the intense fear from being a slave.
Remembering the joy from riding wild and free on the horse farm gave me the courage and insight to release finally the fear that has burdened me my entire life. I have come to realize that the fear belonged to a past life that was horrid, and my current life is beautiful.

Now over these past two weeks I’ve thought about all of the past lives that I am aware of and I realized that this is the first life I’ve lived where I’ve given birth to and raised children. This realization created a tremendous shift in me. Everything in my life feels so beautiful now… smells, colors, sounds, my home, my friends, my family, my cat… just everything. And I feel beautiful, confident and brave. I think my body is finally beginning to forget the fear it was so used to.
